1. How do i create an account on Exchaste?

Users may register at www.exchaste.com/register.

2. Why do I need to verify my account?

As part of being a responsible betting exchange platform and under the terms set out in our gambling licence, we require you to provide proof of identity or proof of address to complete the verification process./p>

3. How do I complete the identity verification process (KYC- Know Your Customer)?

You will need to send us certified copies of:

 
  • Your photo identification card

  • Bank statement

  • Driver’s license

  • Utility bills clearly showing your name and address

  • Credit card, or other appropriate proof of address

 

Failure to provide us with sufficient identification information will result in the suspension of your account and all account functionality.

4. How long does it take to verify my account?

5. Can I register more than 1 account?

No, each user may only register 1 account per identification card.

4. What is the withdrawal procedure?

Market match volume below 2000 will be locked by the risk management team. It will be reopened when the market match volume reaches above 2000.

The maximum amount each bookmaker can accept will be displayed on the odds slip.

4. Who accepts the bets?

An outage is a period when Exchaste betting exchange is not available on both mobile and desktop sites.

 

If Exchaste mobile go down but our desktop site remains functional, this would not constitute as an outage as users can continue placing bets on the desktop site.

3. What happens during an outage?

During an outage, customers are unable to:

 
  • Login and/or navigate our website

  • Place bets on our website

  • Any technical issues which possess a risk to safely managing markets.

4. Will my bets be cancelled?

All Unmatched and keep bets will be cancelled during an outage.

5. How does Exchaste manage markets during an outage:

Exchaste will immediately identify the issues with the outage. Our experienced team will handle and fix all issues accordingly and promptly. Once the issues are confirmed to be resolved, then all the markets will be reopened for betting.

6. Why does Exchaste Customer Service are slow in response during outage?

Our Customer Service will be responding slower due to high traffic volume of incoming messages during this particular period.
